A summer on camp staff is a life-changing experience. Summer staff
members learn so much about themselves, their relationship with God, and
how to relate to children and peers in a Christian community. Staff members
are challenged to grow as individuals and as leaders.
Each summer our staff
is made up of talented and energetic leaders who want to make a difference in
campers’ lives. It doesn’t matter whether you are a camp veteran or a complete
novice—everyone brings different strengths and talents to our team.

This ApplicationPacket is for previous staff who would like to return for another Summer.
The goal of Camp Donegal’s summer camping program is to help campers and staff to grow physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually. Of course, our program is designed in such a way to help achieve this goal, but a camp does not operate on a good program alone. Our camp program essentially hinges on the staff members. Their behavior, attitude and lifestyle must represent Jesus Christ to the camper and other staff members.
BENEFITS
All first year resident staff receive $230 per week plus meals, lodging, staff tee shirts, free laundry facilities, and other miscellaneous items. Salary is increased incrementally each returning year. Sickness and health insurance is the responsibility of the employee.
The real benefit of working at Camp Donegal, however, comes from the development and growth experienced in relationships with self, with others, and with God.
